The ECL HOA strives to maintain a safe, respectful, and well-maintained community for all residents.
The Community Concern & Complaint form is provided for homeowners and residents to report concerns involving possible violations of governing documents, community rules, property maintenance issues, safety concerns, or other matters affecting the community.
To allow the BOD to properly review and address concerns, please provide complete and factual information.
Please check the HOA governing documents to substantiate your complaint.
Submission of this form does not guarantee enforcement action. All matters will be reviewed in accordance with the Association's governing documents, policies and applicable North Carolina law.
